We build software for practices that refuse to back down.

AuthAnnie is built by Mission Software Solutions — a team with deep roots in healthcare technology and a firsthand understanding of the administrative burden that steals time from patient care.

Our Mission

Insurance denials are a structural problem in American healthcare. Practices lose billions in revenue every year to denials that should never have been issued. Patients lose access to treatments that their providers determined were medically necessary.

We believe technology can shift this balance. Not by fighting the system — but by making the appeal process faster, more thorough, and grounded in the clinical evidence that should have prevented the denial in the first place.

Why We Built This

AuthAnnie was born in a bone health clinic. The founder watched a fellowship-trained surgeon spend hours fighting payers over treatments that clinical guidelines clearly supported. Evenity denials for patients with T-scores of -2.8 and documented prior therapy. Prolia denials for patients with multiple fragility fractures.

The evidence was there. The guidelines were clear. But the appeal process was manual, time-consuming, and inconsistent. That's the gap AuthAnnie fills.

Our Approach

We don't automate for automation's sake. AuthAnnie is built on the principle that the best appeal is the one grounded in clinical evidence. Our technology assembles that evidence, matches it to published guidelines, and generates appeals that address the specific reason for denial.

The result isn't a generic form letter — it's a targeted clinical argument built from your patient's actual data. That's what gets denials overturned.
